Registration & Practical Information
Registration for Science of Consciousness Academy programmes is handled directly by the course organisers. At this stage, registration consists of an expression of interest, followed by direct confirmation and practical arrangements with the course coordinator.
September Programmes
September programmes are taught directly by Professor Ralf Otterpohl. Language and format vary depending on the programme, and practical details are handled individually.
For September programmes, a more collective and family-style format is planned, including shared participation in meal preparation.

FEES
Course Fee:
• Early Bird (6 weeks before start): 450 €
• Standard Fee: 540 €
Accomodation:
• Family room en-suite bathroom: 80 €/night
• Single room with en-suite bathroom: 60 €/night
• Single room with balcony but non-en-suite bathoom: 40 €/night
Participants may also arrange their own accommodation independently, if preferred.

May - July Programmes
Programmes from May onwards are coordinated directly by Tufan Guven and follow a shared one-week residential format designed to support focused study, continuity, and a sense of community.
Course Schedule & Practical Arrangements
All programmes follow a one-week residential format. Arrival is invited after 3:00 pm on Sunday, with a welcome dinner served on Sunday evening. Departure is scheduled for Saturday morning.
Meals are provided from Monday through Friday, and participants are kindly asked to assist with basic clean-up after meals as part of the shared community experience. Breakfast is provided on Saturday morning, with normal departure later that morning.
FEES (per person)
• Single room (non‑ensuite, 1 person per room): 1040 €
• Shared twin room (non‑ensuite, 2 people per room): 940 €
• Shared twin room (ensuite, 2 people per room): 970 €
• Double room (ensuite, 2 people sharing one double bed): 970 €
• Family room (ensuite, 3-4 people per room): 970 €
The shared shower and toilet for non‑ensuite rooms are conveniently located on the same floor.
A limited number of tuition reductions may be available upon request. These involve up to a 200 € reduction in exchange for approximately 60–90 minutes of daily assistance with practical tasks.
